Pentia have developed an administrationsystem for Borgerrepræsentationens Sekretariat in Københavns Kommune.

Borgerrepræsentationens Sekretariat in Københavns Kommune wanted a consolidation of a range of existing databases that contain information about members of Borgerrepræsentationen. The system should also handle a wide range of tasks and choices by Borgerrepræsentationen.

The result was a web application based on Sitecore. The system is installed internally in the Kommune and is protected with access control based on Sitecore’s LDAP module. Borgerrepræsentationens. The Sekretariat is thereby ensured that unwelcome persons cannot gain access to sensitive information and ensures that only employees with editing rights can change information.

The system contains versions and it is therefore possible to gain a full history over all information. In this way information is not deleted but archived for future reference.
