Extranet for Frederiksberg Sundhedscenter (Municiplaity of Frederiksberg’s Health Centre)
Pentia develop and implement a new extranet for Frederiksberg Sundhedscenter based on Sitecore CMS, where among other things one can upload and share documents.
Frederiksberg Sundhedscenter had the requirement for a simple solution to distribute documents to chosen users.
Pentia was chosen to implement the project as an extranet in Sitecore. Firstly, users need to log in to the system. When the user logs in for the first time, they are sent from the login page to an “Accept conditions of use” page. Following acceptance of the conditions, they are transferred to the solutions front page, where they are presented with the 10 last uploaded documents. Next time they login they are transferred directly to the front page.
The user can either search for documents or upload their own. When uploading a file, the user attaches metadata to it by completing a form. Files uploaded to the system are saved in a Sitecore workflow, so the administrator can see the file and metadata, edit information as required and then accept or reject the file. The Administrator has the possibility to add comments to the E-mails that are sent to the user on acceptance or rejection. Users can make a simple keyword search and/or an advanced search via metadata attached to the file. The user also has the possibility to see all documents for the 3 main areas and/or categories, by choosing these predefined search results.
