In collaboration with the Municipality of Frederiksberg, Pentia have designed and developed a self-service solution where people can now order and pay for their car parking licenses online.
The solution consists of a number of options or "steps" where the user, according to their selection, will be presented with the correct licensing options. After payment is made, the user can print their license.
The P-licensing system is built on top of Sitecore CMS, which enables Frederiksberg to easily manage all parts of the P-license site. The solution is integrated with a number of internal and external systems, so previously manual processes and workflows are now automated, to the delight of the Municipalities employees.
Besides being a self-service solution for local citizens, the system is also a fully fledged administration system to manage orders, license types, etc.
Last but not least, it should be mentioned that there is direct integration with the hand scanners the parking wardens use when going about their daily work.
