A part of “Company Factory”
Pentia’s mother company is Pentia Holding Danmark, which is owned by the original founders and 3 employees. Pentia is based on a partner model, where each employee has the possibility to receive profits of the value that the employee brings to the company.
Company Factory is the mother company for the whole group that owns Pentia, Sitecore and Sitecore Foundry.
The group structure is a direct result of the innovative approach to all parts of the development process and projects that Pentia participate in. In other words, that a good idea can be initiated and developed within the single company, but if a business potential can be proven, it will be made into its own company to ensure 100% focus on the continued development.
