Experian Limited had the requirement for a system for their bank customers that could replace the earlier process that was conducted via fax. The system should make it possible for Experian’s customers to handle discrepancies in their customer data.

The system handles extremely sensitive data and therefore there were high requirements regarding the systems security. One part of the solution was a 2 stage login process; as well as a username and password, the user has to insert an extra user specific code. The login information is time related, so the user has to change their user information often.

Experian can create a Superuser account for each client. Hereafter, the Superuser at the clients can create as many normal users as they wish. Experian can control all users.

The user can make a search with multiple parameters and thereafter edit the information. The search result can be sorted and limited as required.
