Users are created by an Administrator at the Health Centre in Sitecore and their contact details, such as telephone number and E-mail are added to the profile.

When the user logs in for the first time, they are sent from the login page to an “Accept conditions of use” page. Following acceptance of the conditions, they are transferred to the systems front page, where they are presented with the 10 last uploaded documents. Next time they login they are transferred directly to the front page.

In the system the user can upload their documents by completing a form that attaches various metadata to the file. The file is saved in a Sitecore workflow, so the administrator can see the file and metadata, edit information as required and then accept or reject the file. The Administrator has the possibility to add comments to the E-mails that are sent to the user on acceptance or rejection.

The user can search documents in different ways. The search functionality is delivered by Sitecore Ankiro Site Search:

• Simple search that searches through the document’s content and metadata.
• Advanced search that gives the user the possibility to filter metadata and search criteria.
• Browse for documents via target group, such as Children and Youth, Adult and Older and also via categories, such as alcohol, tobacco and exercise.

Search results are limited to 10 documents per page and paging is used to access the next page, if there are more than 10 results. The user can click on a “Show details” link for each document, where they can then view all the metadata connected to the document in a fold- out box. The file is downloaded by clicking on the document title.
